Today's hymn is "Just When I Need Him Most".
Another hymn reminding me that the problem isn't external - though at times it can seem like burdens come from outside us like from this world we live in - but internal and that what I need satisfies my heart's longing. Things like comfort, cheer, pleasures, etc. Money is so often the cure all for everything, people may think, since if you have enough money, then you should be able to by whatever it is you're missing that could then make you happy. What a lie and a lie that most of us will never achieve. Jesus provides what everyone needs most, whether you are rich or poor. It is internal prosperity in having a relationship with the great Physician of souls.
