This is one of the best things that grand seiko has done. I love the 62GS standard size but with this being slightly smaller it fixes the lug width and finally puts a proper size of 20mm. Also, steel dive has unveiled their solution for micro adjustment for grand seikos that should be compatible with most bracelets so it would help with the lack of that on this watch.

It’s growing on me. I’m usually pretty basic, black or white dials. But this is nice.

Size reduction is best thing about this… tried it and it wears so much better than other 62GS

I really think it's priced too high for what you get. Even at $5000, it's a tough sell.

Titanium watches are always priced higher than similar designed stainless steel watches so I don’t imagine we would see this at $5000 price. That said let’s be fair every watch over the price of $1000 is probably priced way too high for what you get. Luxury watches aren’t really value propositions, unless they retain or appreciate and value and of course we know the number of watches that do that is very limited.

So many other brands are coming out with textured dials. GS has no choice but to improve their product (bracelets and clasps) to compete moving forward.

I am sick of the GS description of their dials. I don't care about the Cherry Blossoms of Spring. I like the dial and movement. I have the Snowflake and the dial fits perfectly.

I own this bracelet on my snowflake, it fits perfect, and the minimalist clasp with no micro adjust is absolutely perfect to match the overall minimalist and lightweight feel of the reference. Maybe you haven’t tried one on that has been fitted to your wrist? In the three years of wearing it, I have never needed an on the fly adjustment and it would definitely change the feel of the watch.
