State must call Kelly, otherwise the end of this case is going to be: "the State may have proven that there is a probability that intruders entered the house, but has not discharged its onus of proving beyond reasonable doubt that these 5 accused brought before court are guilty of murdering or conspiring Senzo. Therefore, this case is thrown out according to section 174 of the Criminal Procedure Act". This will be a huge blow. If they then decide to charge the people in the other docket, how are they going to do it? Do they call the same witnesses to testify? State is botching this case.

I almost believed this old lady until she said the calls between Ntuli & Kelly were in 2018 after he was arrested. They were in 2014. He was not yet arrested & Senzo had not yet been murdered. The old lady is confused and should retire.

Yoh this is very said bcos the state is creating or fabricating stories with these witness where as there is a clear information of the first call that was made to Senzo's family member & deceased's brother (Sfiso Meyiwa) received the call from close Senzo's friend (Tumelo Madlala) that "Senzo was killed by mistake" and this means that there were no intruders went in de house. Even today Sfiso Meyiwa still say there were no intruders in de house and the state is that looking for something which never happened. There is no one from the family who cannot tell the details truth of the first call made by Tumelo Madlala and this narrative was supposed to be the leading information of what happened to Senzo Robert Meyiwa. Why the state is not taking de first statement received by Senzo's family?? Why de state do not want to arrest everyone who was in de house based on the first statement released telephonically by Tumelo Madlala?? I really blame our president and his Bheki Cele, I pray that God must punish Ramaphosa and his leaders who r just making people suffer unnecessary. Why Senzo's family should go thru this when they have got the truth who killed of killed Senzo?? What have Senzo's family done to deserve this kind of treatment from this government?
