the fact it was 4hrs is nothing. I didnt even realize it was long til I was nearing the end. now a days with people binge watching TV shows that take a couple days to a month depending on how many seasons they might want to catch up on. 4hr long good movie is worth every second

Just saw the movie wasn’t really even good but better then the 2017 one. At the end the joker Jared Leto was a huge disappointed especially with the laugh. The only part I liked about the movie was the deathstroke scene

That's a rather naïve notion, considering that Snyder had literal years of fan feedback to adjust his "vision" according to said demands. Whedon had limited budget, limited time, and limited material to work with, yet this cut is worse in *some* regards. All in all a slightly better, if bloated, movie, but considering the unlimited time and nearly unlimited money Snyder had, not enough... and way too long.

@@jojozahau Oh, don't worry, I do understand that. You're basically supporting my point, actually, since all I'm saying is that the Snyder Cut isn't the masterpiece everyone seems to be hellbent on making it out to be. Whedon's Cut is a bad movie, but he had to work with what Snyder had provided and was limited in terms of time and budget. Snyder had all the time, hindsight, money, and yes, even reshoots, to improve on his own and Whedon's work and realize his original vision, while also reacting to viewer feedback, and he made some parts of the movie WORSE.

@@juliegilu3620 sauron's death was not that 'cool'. The tower disintegrated and every orc or uruk just fell down. However, due to the sheer emotional weight of Frodo's journey, Aragorn's "For Frodo" and the ring and Gollum falling into lava, the scene is elevated beyond belief. One of the most satisfying things to watch.

The billboard was really interesting to me. The pain Zack Snyder has been through with his daughter's passing is impossible to imagine, and seeing the sign feels like a way of saying that this does not have to happen to everyone, and there is help.

It’s not really a different movie it’s the same movie but longer. It’s has the same plot overall it would be different if the plot was different but it’s exactly the same movie. And honestly it can cut a good 45 mins cause this was too long. Coming from a DC fan

@@mcvp18 The plot was much more coherent than the abomination Whedon gave us, yes the overall plot is the same but a lot of the scenes which allowed the movie to make sense were cut. Steppenwolf's motivation was clear, Cyborg and Flash felt fleshed out and there weren't any stupid jokes added just to satisfy marvel fans. The length of the movie was fine considering IMO

Yes! Flash is my favorite and i was disappointed of what they did to him in the 2017 version.. thought Ezra's Flash wasnt for me but damn it was WB that did him dirty. I really love Flash in this one, so so happy about his hero journey.

Every Louis lane and Superman scene made me emotional. And Superman rising had me glowing. It’s not just the character. But the actor behind the cape. Henry cavil was born for that role, you can’t look at him and not think “oh yeah, that’s Superman”

I also think the black suit coincides with “something darker” meaning a darker version of Clark came back from the dead. He was uncharacteristically brutal to Steppenwolf, making him suffer slowly while holding back juuust enough to not kill him. I wonder if that plays any part in Superman becoming more susceptible to Darkseid or the Anti-life? That could be part of what they try to do with time travel; go back to before BvS so the darker Clark is never realized.

@@redpanda9367 It seems that way but the future dark Superman is empty. He gets no pleasure or satisfaction out of anything. He just gives up and allows himself to be used. No smiles, no one liners he just shows up and destroys whatever is in his path simply because he can.

@Red Panda i thought it was just hus sun suit, he had been dead for a while so putting the suit on allows him to restore his powers by absorbing more sun radiation than he normally does with out. Kinda like a fast charger to a phone rather than a regular charger. If you want more context watch the death of superman and rise of the supermen

Please for the love of God, go on all streaming platforms and delete, burn, and throw away the 2017 version of Justice League. I don’t want anyone who goes to watch Justice League for the first time click on the 2017 version accidentally. Synder’s Cut should be the only Justice League out there.

Hilarious? I find it terrifying! It's such an amazing scene, but you can just feel the fear in Flash in that moment. Like, he's so used to being invisible when moving, being completely alone in those super speed moments. That almost felt like Frodo putting on the Ring, expecting to vanish from the world - only to realize Sauron's eye is suddenly fixed on him! Such an amazing scene.
