I don't agree I think a a reasonably foreseeable consequence for the dog case would be expecting to have to pay the value of the said dog. Had he not been able to find his dog the defendant would have to pay the value of that new puppy which was a purebred dog so I think he should have to pay the value of the dog

I'm so tired of carelessness when it comes to pet's!!! It takes a matter of seconds for the pet to escape! Have your pet's microchipped with updated information, and have proper tags on their collar,again with updated information, but most importantly please be more careful whom you allow to take care of your fur baby! This guy was more worried about himself and that head of hair then making sure his friends dog is safe! That's why when we go on a long road trip our fur baby goes with us!!! Having a dog/cat is a life long commitment and they're dependent on you and the choices you make!!

Yes. The dialog is sooooo scripted. You can tell just by the way she leads the plaintiff into answers.

I don't like the setting, acoustics of the new show. Judge Marilyn seems stiff and not herself.

Same set for the new Judge Lakeshore. I like the set for Judge Jones. Personally I like the traditional courtrooms. These new sets bring less professionalism

Sorry judge, but I’m a people’s court person. I didn’t watch all of this and never will. It seemed like all the other tv court shows more drama than actual law.
