Yes, she needs help and that was why she came to the court. She doesn't need to be called names. If she is quiet, she will be tagged as good. If she talks, people will call her names. She is dealing with her pains. I believe the man is also dealing with his own pains as well. They are both courageous to allow the court to air their views.
