Pro players XXiF and Ronaldo got caught cheating during the World Cup Qualifiers and enraged the Fortnite Community because of it. Many big names like SypherPK, Clix, Zayt and TheFortniteGuy exposed XXif and Ronaldo, resulting in a lot of hate towards them even after they got banned by Epic Games. The sad thing is xxif was actually good. He kept making money and placing. He couldve been known as one of the best players ever if he just didnt cheat. He could've qualified without cheating too

they are not even playing fort anymore so how are they gonna cheat? + they still showed that they are one of the best by qualifying without cheating. I know they deserved the hate at the start but if you still hate them now then thats kinda childish. And people that cheats gets punished like xxif and ron who already got that punishment maybe not the two week ban but the non stop hate they are getting which needs to stop cuz they can change.

Hate was deserbed when it happened but the community went too far when a year had passed, and only did it to them, not other more popular pros who cheated. The hate when a lot of time had passed was really unnecessary

I think they get that much hate because Epic didn’t give them a fair punishment… Kreo/Bucke and Keys/Slackes all got banned for 2 whole months for trading surge, but this was literally World Cup qualifiers and they got a 2 week ban

For me I don't think it was a good decision by epic to let them continue playing. During the Fall Skirmish FunkBomb was banned for the entirety of the tournament because he accidentally ghosted. ( Fortnite told people participating they should go back to lobby and watch on Twitch Stream to lessen the load on servers). Because of the zero latency from game and stream , funk told natehill the healthy of a person who then dies. It was unfair to ban Funkbomb from the tournament and not the same for XXIF and Ronaldo, who were left off with a 2 week suspension.

Its such a shame because they could of have gone down as one of the best players ever. Its clear they were very talented as they qualed without cheating aswell. Cheating for sure put a lot of pressure on them in the world cup ass well with all the booing. No doubt they wouldve placed better if they didnt get booed everytime they appeared on the big screen. Such a shame they ruined their chance of being one of the most loved fortnite players, and went down as one of the most hated.
