The music was amazing yes, but I feel like life in general has to be better to enjoy music like this. Like when you hear these songs, you get a projection of old great memories, but these days just seem more sad and gloomy, so making memories seems a bit harder. Now idk if it’s because we’re older or if life in general just got worse lol

Fun fact: Justin Bieber’a team rented Raging Waters water park (in LA) in order to be able to film all those coordinated sequences. He also came up with and wrote the storyline, co-directed the video, and then filmed a majority of it himself. So all those shots you see where he’s looking around while holding the camera and making sure to keep in the middle of the extras and performers is really him filming. Such a fun video. Great reaction! 😊

I forgot how nasally Justin sounded in his earlier career but it makes sense because he was still a teen. Also, on the topic of flash mobs, they show them a lot in the step up movies. It’s a dance movie so it’s still very unrealistic because they’ll have people who have never met do completely synchronized dancing but they also show the crews choreographing to do a flash mob and dance randomly in public which is how some crews do it in real life

So the back story of the message at the beginning and the whole vid is that “an unknown account” on twitter tweeted threaten to leak priv vid of justin and justin actually responded and fans are going crazy, attacking that account, calling the police etc there’s a whole countdown, a whole thing where fans are like “no matter what it is we’ll always love him” etc etc and when the time comes that account tweeted a link and it’s this freakin video 😭😭 it was such an experience the whole PR stunt
