Jupiter MacWillow I think he's learned from his past mistakes or has been told by his team not to give paps any leverage for a newsworthy or viral video. He knows that being silent or polite will not make for a great video, there's nothing to report on. Media will take the smallest bit of irritation and turn it into JUSTIN BIEBER FIGHTS WITH AND SWEARS AT PHOTOGRAPHERS, when in reality the paparazzi just keep following him and hollering at him. I don't really like Justin's music all that much but he seems like an awesome chill dude. He has had his times like we've all had. if I were this guy I would've been like "Hey Justin happy birthday, stay positive brother, have a good day." and thats it not wasting Justin's time. And of course if he had time an he seemed like he wasn't having a bad day I would've asked for an autograph/picture but that's it. Not asking him all these questions, and being annoying, I know its their job but really...
