Okay, the body guard did have a lot of stuff to carry. He looked anxious. When he looked at the girl coming by, he did react quickly. But also, if he had the key ready to go, instead of not knowing where it is, itwouldn't be much of a hassle.

I'm a belieber and i'm disappointed because the bodyguard is new, he's no used to do this and Justin's lifestyle is new for him, and Justin has hands right? He could help the bodyguard with HIS stuff, he's bodyguard not servant. If you are paying out the wazoo(and they probably work for some company who can have a new bodyguard there as quick as an Uber), then you expect basic accountability..so.."sorry, lost your phone/keys/purse(if a woman)" doesn't cut it. If Justin liked the guy..he would have let it go..It's obvious Justin didn't want him around. These aren't his friends, these are his employees. I will say this..in 5 to 10 years Justin will sue Scooter and Usher and probably has already talked to lawyers about it, but isn't ready to cut the cord. If they haven't made more off him than he has made off himself, they have very high moral character(so..no that's not the case..he'll sue)

Actually I think he was perfectly rational. This id about his safety and his car. Both very important. And Justin's bodyguards are responsible for his stuff too. They always have been. They get paid to guard him and carry his stuff, amongst other things. Justin was calm when he said that. And it could've been worse. Who knows what else thus guard has done? And btw Justin still employs that guard.

As a bodyguard you need to be quick and on your toes. If this bodyguard wasn't quick with getting simple keys how will he be able to guard Justin from actual danger. That's why I feel Justin let him go. I feel bad that it was in front of everyone and on camera, but I don't think it's Justin's fault. The time and place was just bad, but Justin did the right thing.

When someone fucks up BIG TIME you can guarantee that will will never do that again, in fact, it can make them better in the future, if they have the right attitude and learn from the mistake. I recall some story i heard once where a guy fucks up big time at work and damages like some massive expensive component which fell off his forklift. The guy goes into hand in his resignation and the boss says, fuck off your not leaving i just invested $160,000.oo in your education. Get my point, let it slide, move on. BUT next time you is FIRED!

I agree that saying in front of cameras and in public was too much but firing him for it wasn't really.... If u read the article that's in the description box they say that it's a new bodyguard (he's been working about a week) and that he's the same bodyguard who almost let the door slam in his face. So even tho I agree that those aren't that big of a deal, little mistakes add up and already making 2 in your first week doesn't look good so he most likely would have fired him anyway
