Jimmy definitely has that modern southern hospitality. As well as having that african-american swagger. It must be hard for those caucasian employees to just relax and be comfortable with him. He is just so down to earth that you don't want to make him assume the worse version of you, but the guy is understanding. He has a unique combination of personalities. He knows that they are a work function, but he was wants to have fun. He isn't trying to liven up the mood, he is trying to liven everyone. He isn't dancing crazyily to get everyone into it, he is succeeding in involving everyone see where there comfortable at and just matching it.
