Whats up guys, today we are going to cover the story of Justin Flores. A "Quiet Village" Gang Member in El Monte California who ambushed then shot and killed two officers. The officers who lost their lives were: Rookie Joseph Santana and 22 Year Veteran Michael Paredes. The officers were responding to a Domestic Violence report made by Flores wife but were not told that Flores was reportedly armed and under the influence of drugs. After the incident the Officers families would blame the "911 Dispatch" saying they failed to actually tell the officers about the dangers they were facing but the Department would come out defending the actions of the dispatch unit.
