Can’t decide who I like better between him and Will Grier. Grier has a bigger “wow” factor and pops out more on video. But Herbert’s got a more complete skill set in general and never doesn’t appear fully composed.

He stares down his first read and when it breaks down he runs after that first read until there’s a throwing lane. Much to learn.

If you ask him who his favorite player is i believe he's gonna say Dan Marino. He's built like Marino and even has his hair when he was younger.

While at least he wasn't ready for the NFL last season, I'm seriously excited to see him play for his Senior year and really put on a show. I'm biased as a fan, but I think this next season will be big Herbert and the Ducks.

He will go to a team that won't be able to do anything . Just like all the other first round QB in past draft

He is nowhere near polished as a QB, has a ton to learn from reading defenses, using his eyes to move the safety, recognizing mismatches and blitzes, throwing with anticipation, touch throws, and confidence. As a prospect tho he is as high as they come. He is legit huge, don’t notice on TV until he is out of pads and standing next to reporters. Legit 6’6-7 and built STRONG. Very muscular, strong lower body. His arm is as good as they come, absolute cannon blows every QB out of the water in terms or arm strength. Only dude that you can compare in terms of arm strength last 3-4 years is Patrick Mahomes. Also, he is incredibly intelligent, the football IQ will come with more experience. Dude majored in biology with some other minors and held a 4.0 GPA academic all honors. He can be a doctor if he wasn’t so good at football, he just doesn’t have enough experience and coaching. Compared to other prospects he is so behind, only started to get real QB coaching 3 years ago. Went to a small high school, no exposure or camps, private coaches, etc.
