Im not Latino but I grew up deep South San Diego. David's love and unapologetic support of Latin culture is awesome. Outside of the Southwest and probably NYC, people may not know about birria tacos. Big ups that he promotes his culture.

Thats wild! We call broth "consomé" too in Haitian Creole. It is a French word, meaning to consume, and in context the same in creole, but we also refer to a broth as "consomé".

I've tried those tacos and let me tell you they are AMAZING! Birria Cantina has just 2 locations, once being a "trailer truck" park near Dundas square in Toronto. Those tacos are to die for... And these two? Also to die for lol.
