Wow, I am actually really stoked about Justin. I watched the podcast first and realized I really like his intelligence and his sense of humour. Now after watching this, I can actually say he is my new favourite bb. I follow lots of people and like many for different reasons. He is something different. Thank you Justin if you’re reading this.

Yes!!! More Justin videos!!! This guy is fantastic. He mentions so many critical tips that all others overlook. Position of arms on rear Delt Flys, loosing that extra plate when already warmed up, fighting that last negative as it's the most important...Dam....he's good! Great workout and cut all the bullshit and go straight for the best reminders out there. Thank you brother 🙏

Thanks for the awesome videos Justin! 👍😎 I have a question about the pulley height on the cuffed side laterals. I have a decent dual weight stack functional trainer at home that I'd like to start implementing this exercise on. Are we trying to keep the cable close to a 45 degree angle?

I'm studying this because Justin has some of the best bicep development I've ever seen. The biggest thing I notice here is that during curls: his forearms never go above 90 degrees relative to his humerus. I think this allows him to really put the heavy load on to the muscle that's necessary for growth. It reminds me of how I used to go super deep on leg press and squats, but I never really got anywhere until I realized 90 degrees in the legs is enough. And that allowed me to really start progressing in weight, kicked me out of plateau in both lifts, and sparked new growth.
