It really is a beatiful song, sung & played wonderfully by this duo. Awesome!!! Even the great John Lennon acknowledged that is his favourite song on 'Revolver!'.

Me too ( not from Holland, only visited (( though, now that I've written it, out loud... I feel shallow. While having been there, thrice. I've ne'er risked even a brief sojourn from the confines of that one inner city)) greetings from the Uni..te... Canada!) The breathy way she sang that last phrase was positively, haunting! Cheers!

Being here years later and having seen thee entire catalog of comments, for this, has given me an opportunity to notice, a peculiarity. Almost no one mentioned the lesson, after that bone chilling, performance! I suspect that, if you had simply ended the video, before the "Hello" no one would have felt anything was missing! LOL

I never ever comment to guitar instructors and very rarely ever watch them but I will say you’ve done a fantastic job as an instructor and player and accompanist. explains very clearly with variations fantastic hope you’re well and Actively playing.

What a smokin' vocal. I really love that thing in a girls voice that is so warm and lovely. I would be honoured to have this girl play in my little band any day. Air on G sting and this song are the most beautiful melodies I have ever heard. I said this when I was 10 yrs old and 30 yrs later my opinion hasn't changed. McCartney was a true genius.

To facilitate easier changing from d7 to f. Your middle finger should stay planted on the a note 2nd fret g string. Just move the other fingers around a bit to get the chord but keep the a note all the time.

Justin I want to add what I think is a correction: at the chorus [ "...love never dies ..."] play F#m sus4 (vs F#m). The added B gives it the needed harmony ....a Beatles-harmony. Then play B7....then F#m sus4 and so on

justin, to my ear the background vocal harmony makes that one bit sound like a iio (F#m7b5) - V7 in the relative minor (Em), but i gotta admit the F#m11 sounds a bit nicer over some of the vocals, particularly the first lyric of the F#m. also, thanks for bringing some light to this song. had never heard it until you did this video, then decided to grab the Revolver album.

The half diminished chord would be 2-0-2-2-1-0 (Am/F#), which works well.
