Thanks to No Way Home? Pssh… His performance was already spectacular in his films. Hate on the TASM films all you want but it’s beyond ignorant to disregard Andrew’s performance because you didn’t like the films.

He deserves more praise? HE HAS SO MUCH PRAISE NOW! He use to be underrated but now he’s WAYYYYYYY TOO OVERRATED now for what his Spider-Man was. Andrew’s definitely still the worst Spider-Man out of the three, 20 minutes worth of screen time is not going to coverup the monstrosity the ASM movies were.

Great review Justin! Can’t wait to get this guy! Love Andrew in this role and this has always been my favorite suit. It’s interesting that they originally showed off what looked like a new sculpt but, ended up reusing the TASM 1 sculpt. I wonder if it was a licensing thing like you said.

All Spider-Man suits should be cloth. Or whatever it’s called. These should be the most posable figures made by hot toys. That scarlet spidey is a great example. Thing can move unreal. Good review as always. This guy looks good. I’m really excited for tobey whenever he drops. -edit, I think this guy should only be $250

That figure is also screen printed meaning the red 'dots' on the surface will stick to themselves if left in a pose for too long.

The webbing always annoys me so much when it comes to TASM 2 figures, I know technically the webbings of the suit in the movie in person is dark grey, but it’s supposed to be an extremely dark Grey and on top of that in screen the webbings looked like they were black with light reflecting off the material. There’s a reason the TASM 2’s suit is seen as one of the best live action spidey suits and it’s because it’s supposed to look absolutely like a traditional Spider-Man with Black webbings lol

Lol you need something consistent and centered off a fundamental look and character for it to have any specific identity. Your essentially asking for every character to have no identity

I really enjoy the amazing spiderman films, Garfield brings so much energy to the character and Emma Stone is the best love interest out of all the films. I have the original TASM2 hot toys figure, which I really enjoy but I like the lizard base that comes with this and the headsculpt is decent.

Excellent review Justin! I own the original and i can't deny seeing substantial improvements, his look on the box art of the original even looks more like this new one. But maybe I'll stick with mine idk, if they would've done a new head sculpt with more accurate hair color and style then that would've been interesting

Andrews Spidey doesn't get enough love. Andrew puts so much love, and care into his Spidey performance, and loves the character, and fans. I also genuinely believe the movies are way too overhated.

The neck seam is a non issue tbh. If you didn't know the head was removable you would think it's part of his suit. Nice figure, although I'm still curious as to why he didn't sign a new deal for his likeness. I imagine he wanted too much and just said no.

Glad to see HT remake this. I had the actual ASM2 Spiderman the year after the movie came out. Didnt like the seams in the hands and the peg always came out since ht didnt glue it down properly.

Just got my figure and I absolutely love it. Great video as always. Only thing that I now noticed on mine is on his left foot, the fabric looks like maybe there wasn’t enough? Depending on the lighting, you can see black through the red of the suit? It’s very minimal but of course I’m ocd and saw it lol 😅

I just commented on the figure preview video about how the web lines should be black. I had no idea and was surprised to see that the figure released just a couple days after. I still think the web lines should be black though. I wish you would've mentioned that but overall, great review as always Justin.

Ever since you said that you were going to display the amazing Spider-Man one action figure head sculpt or the amazing Spider-Man two body I didn’t like the color web Lines didn’t match up so I wondered if they were gonna make a new an improved One with a matching color head sculpt anyways love your videos and I am definitely gonna buy that figure for my collection I am probably going to put it in my Spider-Man no way home spot😉
