You're right that Fennec's MK sniper rifle is unique to her and is based on the Dragunov SVD, specifically an airsoft version of it. Also, fun fact about Fennec's sidearm: it's based on the Mauser M712 Schnellfeuer, which is a magazine-fed, select-fire version of the Mauser C96 that was (of course) used for the DL-44 in the original trilogy. Some tells are the wider magazine well and the selector switch on the left side. Ever since The Force Awakens, they've been using M712s instead of C96s (even for the DL-44s) because modern Star Wars blaster props are often made from airsoft guns rather than real ones, and there aren't any readily available airsoft guns of the normal C96 (probably because it's much easier to make an airsoft gun with a detachable magazine).

I just received my figure today and all i can say is WOW! That head sculpt is stunning, for me, the finest female Star Wars sculpt to date. I have heard a lot of people saying " but the figure is from the BOBF" yes, true, but have people forgot how bass ass she was in Mandalorian Season 2? Surely a contender for figure of the year. The gun detail is superb...

I like the new display base the color kind of looks like the sand is being hit by a sunset color and there are no foot prints which I like too.

Loved the review as always, just waiting on mine arriving from TW, cant wait. Especially now after seeing in hand footage that shows how amazing that headsculpt is. Huge Ming-na Wen fan myself.

10:57 I’m with you, Justin. Most figures I display with the helmet on, including Ironman, but this headsculpt needs to displayed! Amazing work! Honestly though, I didn’t expect anything else. HT are usually solid in locking down the likeness on their asian figures.

Great review, the mechanical stomach wound is weird but overall this is a beautiful piece….Star Wars fans got another solid character to add to their collection ….
