I like how you talked about being excited to see fully Asian artist get so much love and respect on such a high level. I'm a black ARMY, but I love to see all POC be represented. What I love about BTS is their pride in who they are and where they come from. Western society portrays Asian men all as nerds, they desexualize them in Hollywood movies etc, and just don't respect them as people, so it is great to see Kpop destroy these stereotypes and create a space for Asian enterainers to be seen as equal. I feel so much pride for BTS etc. There isn't enough Asian representation and ALL Asians need it. Western society only shows Asians as rich and socially awkward which isn't fair or true.

@@joelleolol Btw your journey to self-love is yours, we don't all get there the same exact way...so if seeing BTS inspires self-love, there's nothing wrong with that. You don't need anyone or anything to validate you, but that does not mean you can't learn self-love by watching others. Most of the people that criticize Kpop for its flaws, are the same people that dismiss the toxicity in the American music industry such as glamorizing drug use and overdosing, hyper sexualizing women, degrading women, sexual abuse that gets covered up, Anti-Asian racism at US award shows including The Grammys etc. I say all that to say, don't be ashamed of your culture and background bc no industry/community is perfect. Kpop has so many genuine and hardworking people that just love performing and they are the best to their fans.

I love watching vlogs of people's first time experiencing anything BTS. I was also at PTDLA on Day 3&4 - my first time seeing BTS with my own eyeballs - and it was beyond anything I've ever imagined. I've heard of kpop since the first generation but wasn't interested until I gave BTS a listen in 2020. The rest is history. I've been to a lot of concerts in my life and I can tell you, without a doubt, that a BTS concert is the best concert I've ever experienced. I'm so mad at myself that I didn't give them a chance sooner. I've tried listening to other kpop groups but none moves me like BTS so I'm only an ARMY. Other than a song here and there from groups like TXT and BP, I listen to BTS exclusively. They are amazing artists and even better human beings.

I’m also an ARMY only and like you I did give a listen to other groups just to see whether it was only BTS that made me feel so happy and brought out so many emotions and I confirmed that only BTS made me feel that way. 💜💜💜I occasionally listen to other idols songs here and there when I come across them even then it’s really hard for me to like other groups songs because it just doesn’t sound the same. Even if new groups debut my heart and love will forever belong to BTS the groups that made me feel at home. I purple you💜💜

One of the best concert vlogs I have seen (and I've seen a lot trying to experience this one from the other side of the world, lol) I just love how you incorporated the reality of having work on the day of, idk why that made this so much more wholesome! The "rant" at the end is honestly a big reason why I appreciate the boys so much, giving so much to the Asian and Korean diaspora (despite not being from it) this new wave of recognition that is helping people into loving and accepting their identity is so massive. Who would have thought 7 guys who loved making music would have such impact, it's amazing! They also make me wanna work hard, but more than the beautiful way you put it, I just wanna make enough money to finance my love for them, haha. Can't wait for the tour announcement AND FOR COVID TO F OFF!

I have been lucky enough to see many concerts and I will tell you, that I have never seen anything better than BTS. Think that each and every song is presented with so much energy and passion. They are moving for the time. It's incredible!!! Great Vlog!

This is exactly how i feel. I have been to over 30 kpopn concerts and BTS always manages to be my favorite concert.They are truly special and destined for greatness.

Your vlog really expressed how I felt when I watched their LA concerts Dec 1&2, plus when they performed Dec 3 @ the Jingle Rock. BTS deserve all the accolades 👏 🙌 💜 in the whole world, the universe else rather. 💜 More concerts, more awards, more performances by our musical emperors... BTS!!!
