What version of the mod has the gates? I downloaded SWEM off Curseforge for 1.18.2 and it does not have any of the items that they show in the video. And I've tried to join their discord and patreon and it says it's no longer available.

If you update from 1.18 to 1.20, save a backup prior. There shouldn't be any problems, but save one just in case. From 1.18 to the newer 1.18, it should be like any other mod update. Whenever updating mods, I would save a backup EACH time (Copy and paste saves folder if you play SP)

How do you get shaders to work with this mod? Soo as I turn on shaders the horse animations stops working. I use oculus and rubidium since optifine didin't do well

Turn off entity shadows both in rubidium settings and shader settings! 🫶🏼 I used complementary

I am confused...I only recently learned of the mod through Abigail Pinehaven and after that looked it up and found Rattle´s video where it was stated that the mod wouldn´t continue? Since the person who started it didn´t want to sell the models or something so I didn´t expect there to be updates lol...

Go to curseforge, download the program, create an instance and add mods, add Star Worm Equestrian Mod, and install that in 1.18. It’ll install all prerequisite mods too! :)

I recommend checking out how to backup your world and then update it to 1.18 or 1.20. There should be plenty of resources on how to do this via google.

@@rileycasperI tried upgrading from 1.18.2 to 1.20 but the world got corrupted multiple times (ofc I had backup) I did use different mods to play in the 1.18 world tho. But they shouldn’t have had an impact (I got the same mods for 1.20 too)

What version is this? And also, how do you put shaders on? I already installed Optifine, already have all the mods downloaded, but when I click in them, it takes like an hour to finish and almost at the end or halfway it usually crashes. I have a really good setup and I have already installed shaders on the 1.16.5 versions, but this only happens when I play in the 1.18.2 version.

I'd use Rubidium and not Optifine, Optifine is completely unoptimized for 1.18 and causes crashes for me. This is for version 1.18.2 :)

My animations doesn’t work with any shaders my horse just stand still they can eat but they just stand still and eat it’s very annoying they don’t move with animations they are sliding around can you help me it works when I turn off my shaders can you like show how you got you’re mod pack of if you had the same problem? Hey! Go to your shader settings > Disable entity shadows Also disable entity shadows on your Optifine / Rubidium as well

Can you find SWEM horses in the wild now, or is it still you have to cheat them in to get them? Cause I hated that I couldn't find them in the wild and the only way was to cheat them in... it made me not play with it.

@@Dubstequtie Oh, that was pretty silly of 'em! The way you get SWEM horses naturally is you mine cantazarite (it's found at copper levels usually), make it in a potion, and give the vanilla pony a potion! It'll make them into a SWEM horse Their wiki has a lot of info on the game, so both survival and creative players can enjoy it! IMO, would love natural spawns or spooked wilds!

Hi Peachy! I'm currently on 1.16.5 and I've done everything right and changed the version. When I try to run forge my game crashes, according to Google I'm not the only one so if you can please help me! :)

I’d make a fresh 1.18 instance and then move in your screenshots and world saves, usually the reason it crashes is because of config or mismatched mods. All other mods you use have to be 1.18 as well.

good evening, I encountered a problem with your mod. When I want to play in 1.16.5 everything goes well but once I want to play with version 1.18.2 with other mods or not, it crashes and it bothers me puts an exclamation point on my game. I use curseforge and 1.20.1 does not exist except in neo forge but neo forge does not take into account 1.20.1. Please help me because I would like to play with it 1.18.2 since on 1.16.5 I don't have the same mod or updates on it.Thank you, have a good evening

Unfortunately swem is a mod and Nintendo switches can't mod minecraft, the version switches use is bedrock version and to mod minecraft you need the java version, which is pc only

SWEM is only available on the Java version of minecraft. Modding on mobile is more complicated and often requires additional apps/addons to run. Bedrock (used on mobile) does not offer proper mod support in this sense. I know people have luck running modded java on steam decks though.

I left due to some drama that I didn't want to be a part of - to protect my peace, basically. I spoke out about some things I personally went through on the team, and I am fairly sure if I join back, I would be banned. I have no ill intent to the team or any members of the Discord, it's just a personal decision is all

I dont even know whats happening anymore with this mod, i got perma-banned from the discord due to clicking a scam link that ended up sending a scam link to all the servers i was in (look i know stupid but that happened years ago-- i was incredibly dumb back then) but uh-- if anyone here knows anything could they maybe give me a small rundown of whats happening?? All i know is that there was drama and the mod was supposed to be discontinued but now they're updating it..???

@@justpeachyplays valid, i didnt learn of the drama till rattle made a video on it.. the fact the main owner (cant remember her name for the life of me but at the same time some people are just not Worth the energy) painted it as a purely money issue thing was disgusting.
