My little dog Cisco loves when i can pick up from the grocery store a small piece of bone marrow, usually the butcher will give you free, i fill the centre withorganic peanut butter, just get at health food store, cheap, and freeze it. Good for his teeth, cools him down in summer, loves gnawing on it in general and really healthy, something different ❤❤

Stay by the lake with the breeze coming off of it to avoid the black flies. They bite, can swarm you, and they LUV bug spray. Been going up there for over 40 years. It’s gorgeous. Enjoy!

Please remember, onions (onion flavoring) are not good for dogs. I learned the hard way what is and isn’t good for dogs. Please look up foods that are bad for dogs. There is a chart that I keep on my fridge, that I printed from the internet. On the flip side, another great video.

Sweet onion chips are amazing. Dogs can't have onion or garlic, it's toxic to their respiratory system. Also for her teething, you could get her a Kong ball or bone. If you can't afford that, you could let her chomp a piece of tree branch lol my dog loves them. Maybe you could get her a big bone from the butcher, it should be labeled soup bone. Sweet onion kettle chips are my favorite 😋 may want to get her a hartz flea and tick collar, they're good for a year and work great. I get mine at Walmart and the Hartz collar for fleas, ticks and the eggs. Never had any issues. I don't give my dogs any oral medicine for flea and tick, because I don't trust that. My family has always trusted Hartz collar since I was a child. Also if you get her shots, make sure to get the Bordatello shot so she's protected against anything an animal may have left disease wise ❤️ sorry for so much advice, but we love and care for you two and want the best for you. We enjoy our journey with you. Be safe ❤

Fun fact (for me): I had never seen a drain plug like the one you put on your sink til you showed us that one. And now there's one in the bathtub here at my new apartment. The best thing for moose is to see it in the distance. My oldest nephew used to call folded chips like that wish chips.

I live in Michigan, Traverse City is the best town to visit. Once you are finished in the UP if you travel down lake Michigan side you would enjoy the ride it's beautiful. Also you can take a ferry in your van from lake Michigan side over to Wisconsin if you didn't know. so happy you made it to MI its still cold but the great lakes are pretty.

I live an hour and 20 minutes from the Mackinaw bridge when I go over I never wanna come back. It’s my favorite place on earth to be.

Hi Rowen. Hope you get this. I worked at a Pet Store. I notice Ruby isn't to excited about Her Food. I highly recommend Nutro. These foods have what Dogs and Cats need. Cannot recommend enough. Food makes beautiful shiny coat and alleviates skin problems. And they love It! You two are awesome. Definitely need more Ruby. Both so Cute.

Alpena girl here but live by Lansing now. Our daughter lived in Marquette and I have an Aunt in Gladstone. The UP is so un-touched and beautiful. Very remote in some areas. Enjoy your time in the Mitten, Rowan!
