It is what they should have stuck to in the first place, I don't know if their sporting director from their Champions League final runs left but the transfer of both Higuain and Ronaldo financially crippled them, other positions in the squad were neglected and players with hype but no actual value on a pitch were brought in. What a shame, they were set up as the most dominant team in Italy and could have bagged themselves a Champions League along the way but they ruined it for themselves
