Parmalat bought the club allowing them to compete with the pillars of Italian football. They started the decade with Nevio Scala as coach, he led them to the Italian Cup and some exploits in European football, the Cup Winners’ Cup and the Supercup (1993) and their first UEFA Cup in 1995. His Parma ended Milan’s famous 58 game unbeaten run.

New Lat, Polenghi, Cirio .. fallite! per arrivare qualche anno dopo con la Parmalat in bancarotta fraudolenta! Un intero settore e territorio azzerato e mandato a puttane! Crespo was so good. Brujita Verón, Baggio, Thuram, Sensini... what a great team Parma had. Let's not forget this was around the same time that Luciano Moggi was fixing matches. So, on the surface it was the "golden age," but underneath it was as corrupt as it has ever been.

Quelle équipe ce Parme là, sans doute la meilleure cette année là, mais allez savoir pourquoi, ils n'ont pas gagné la série A. Milan a gagné sur le fil devant la Lazio, Parme ne finissant que 3 -ème. La JJuve avait finie 7ème si je me souviens bien.

Parma was an excellent team back then, it was amazing to watch.. They also won Uefa Cup that year I remember, they lost only one match in Europe and that was against Fenerbahçe.

During the following week, arrived a new youg coach: Ancelotti. He did well, but without winning and there would never have been true feeling

When my first love club Parma it was the best in Italy Europe and the world. When the couch was Alberto Malesani and the president was Mauricio Tanzi. The stadium name was Tardini.
