Ingredients:
Soaked green gram (भीगी हुई मूंग): 1 cup,
Ginger (अदरक): 1/2 inch,
Garlic (लहसुन): 4-5 cloves,
Water (पानी): 3-4 tbsp,
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर): 1/2 tsp,
Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर): 1 tbsp,
Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर): 1 tbsp,
Chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर): as per taste,
Asafoetida powder (हींग पाउडर): 1/2 tsp,
Fenugreek powder (मेथी पाउडर): 1/2 tsp, (optional),
Chopped spinach (कटा हुआ पालक): 1/2 cup,
Chopped coriander (कटा हुआ हरा धनिया): 1/2 cup,
Chopped curry leaves (कटे हुए करी पत्ते): 3-4 tbsp,
Chopped green onion (कटा हुआ हरा प्याज): 1/2 cup,
Fresh sorghum flour (ताजा ज्वार का आटा): 1/4 cup + 3-4 tbsp,
Salt (नमक): as per taste,
Oil (तेल): as per required,
Sesame seeds (तिल के बीज): 1 tbsp, or as required, (optional)
