The JVC HA-A3T (or The JVC HA-A3TB) True Wireless Earbuds offer quality sound and comfort at a budget-friendly price. These sleek, all-black earbuds have a smooth matte charging case and IPX4 water resistance, making them suitable for workouts.

something happened to mine and they are now only connecting to the right one or the left one ,not together , how do I fix this?

Have you tried rebooting the phone? If yes, then it possibly that they are defective, and can you return them?

I have a problem with mine, the volume is way lower at the left ear than the right one

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Since the volume on both are synced with the same volume, each side can’t be adjusted independently. There are likely defective. I would return them if possible.

Hi, did you get it to work? Pull them out from the case (charger). Go to the Settings (gear icon), go to Bluetooth and scroll to the bottom and select “JVC HA-B5T”. Let me know.

I see, I have experienced that sometimes. Either this is expected because of the price being low. Or you may try to return for another, if possible.

@@TossSong I got them half off anyway so no big deal I guess, I’ll just use my phone to control the volume. Just irritating I suppose when they advertise something and it doesn’t work well. Have a great day 👍
