The JWPF training video at DigiKey shows crimping the terminals on first and then pushing the terminals through the seal and not removing the seal from the connector body.

I made custom JWPF seals that stay waterproof when there is no wires inside, also it is made for smaller wire diameter. So assembly procedure is different.

How to disassemble the connector? The orange rubber part looks quite squeezed into the connector. How to pull that out when all 6 wires used?

You will need a needle to pull plastic part to release pin, then sligtly pull wire to move pin away a bit, repeat that for all pins and then seal can be extracted together with all pins same way as i showed on video

What tool do you use to crimp contacts? What set of stamps?
