Kuch negetive nahi bahot negative hain.... please away thi company..... Company ko loan nahi mil raha hain isiliye aab market main aye hain.... Ye company ko closely 3-4 sal se follow kar raha hun... Rajkot GIDC main hain... French company huron ke takeover ke bad company ki financial bigdi hain....keep away..... High debt to equity

Profit figures seems to be manipulated to flit ipo.Also debt is too high& premium is also not in line with profit figures.not worth as per my opinion.

Manufacturing companies showing fluctuations in the profits and revenues in the last 3FYs is expected as during COVID the manufacturing sector suffered severely. This was the case of few other manufacturers that issued IPOs recently. The more relevant concern is the high DER.

फंडामेंटल काफी कमजोर कम्पनी को सेबी आईपीओ लाने की इज़ाज़त कैसे देती है ???? जिस कम्पनी ने 2022 तक लॉस ही किया है / आईपीओ मे लोग पैसे डाले इस हिसाब से 2023 मे लॉस कवर करके प्रॉफिट दिखाते है जो हम देख सकते है क्या वो सेबी नही देख सकती / जिनका eps सिर्फ 1 ₹ है ओर वो कंपनी मार्केट मे से 1000 cr ले जा रही है / l love my india 😅
