@Abc Abcd - `tasmaat sastra pramaanam te kaarya akaarya vyavasthitau' `One should study the Scriptures to know what is Right and what is Wrong and what to do and what not to do'. In our daily life, we should be non-violent when it comes to someone ignoring us, teasing us, insulting us etc. We should fight if someone tries to : 1. misbehave with your mother/sister/daughter/wife. 2. put fire to your house 3. feeds poison with intention to kill you 4. loots your money/property Kauravas did all of the above; despite that Pandavas were ready to settle with 5 villages, for which they didn't agree. Then Pandavas did war on the order of Sri Krishna for establishing dharma, not whimsically. HK Ys Radheshyam das
