I'm the same too, so do my brothers, but i have heterochromia. One of my eyes is in between red and blue(caused by albinism) and the other one is ashy gray. My brothers all have ashy gray eyes like our dad.

I had a half Korean friend who had hazel green eyes, but yeah they definitely didn’t look as light as Andre’s eyes

Came here to say the same thing, his eyes are so unique. Usually it’s the brown eyes that are inherited since they’re dominant alleles compared to blue eyes. So his eye color is really rare.

Looking at his appearance, the recessive genes from dad is strong lol. Mom's Asian genes got no chance at all 😅 Like if I don't know who he is, I would just have guessed he's 100% Caucasian.

I think there is pretty high probablity that his mother could have ancestor with blue eyes herself. She is very tall (175) for Korean woman from older generation. For blue eyes are responsible recessive genes so generally both parents have to pass it to child. That's why they are extremely rare among mixed people in first generation.

My late father is Korean from Mokpo. Family legend has it that his great grandfather on maternal side was Dutch merchant sailor on business in Southwest Korean trade route. My dad was tall with wavy hair, big eyes and Western nose. I plan on having my DNA tested. 😅

I mean you can tell he is of asian descent, he has asian boen structure he reminds me of like asian russians. . Which is different for biracial born to asian moms. Moms genes are always stronger , generally. But Julian looks white .

His whole face looks European. His eyes, his nose and his bone structure even his hair. And his eyes is something commonly seen in Balkan people aka south slavs. But we do have central asian decent even if we are mixed s lot

Andre Jin is a famous rugby player, the guy in the middle (Taepoong) is a famous basketball player in Korea and the last guy on the way left (Julien Kang) is an actor and model who played the role of many American guys in kdramas despite being French-Canadian. All of them share the trait that they are half Korean.

also andre is in the gentleman's league, the football team show. thats how i mainly got to know korean athletes . julian kang i saw him on so many korean variety show, hes been on them in the early days, so i know him a long long time ago haha. he was on too many.
