My villagers have been singing this and only this for a fucking year. I had no idea what it was (somehow my AC rabbithole made me think it’s Parade? idk how), and I assumed every island must just have its own ‘villagers all sing this song’ song like a second hidden island theme. Today I went to the rocks next to my store with my sound on for the first time since basically getting the game an entire year ago…and heard this. There’s a radio there. My only one. So now I can finally see the name of the song and I googled if* animals only sing that. Nope.. they sing what’s on the radio, even if it’s extremely far out of the way. So this radio I didn’t even know was on has been playing just this song for an entire *year* on my island. And if I did keep my sound on tonight to hear the new years music I probably never would’ve figured it out. I’m floored 💀
