you have to capitalize it correctly, and include periods. its pretty finicky, i suggest saving before and resetting when he sings the wrong song, because he only gives the music for the first song you ask for

"K.K. Steppe" is called "Cossack Song" in Japanese. The cossacks usually inhabited the Russian empire's steppe regions. I don't have any answers for Comrade K.K.'s name though.
