Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Condensed milk - 3/4 cup
(you may use 3/4 cup of powdered sugar instead)
Ghee - 1/4 cup
(you may use melted butter)
Baking soda -1/ tsp
Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence -1 tsp (optional)
Milk- 1/ cup
Water - 1/4 cup

Mam, normal white paper are not food grade, may be harmful! Instead, we brush with butter/ghee and sprinkle some maida and take off the extra maida. Works the same.

Tried this cake yesterday. This is the best recipe of atta cake I hv ever made. As u mentioned , atta ka flavour mask karta hai cocoa powder . Bilkul soft spongy aur maida wala cake ka taste tha. Sweetness thoda kum laga . Thank you so much Kabita ji 👍

@@commerceclasses505No. Water use karne se vo "Steaming" process hojayega jo ki idli ya momos ke liye hota h use. "Baking" ke liye u have to use sand or salt.

Tip no 2: do not open the cooker till 30 min after thirty minutes open the cooker. add sugar syrup you can also add vallina essence or rose essence 5 to 6 drops before adding in tin.

Hi Mam. Perfecttttttttt recipie this was. All measurements given by you were so accurate. The cake came out so well. I baked in oven for 30mts at 180degC. Its unbelievable that a cake without using eggs, oil and all can come out so soft and tasty. My kid loved the cake. Thanks a ton for the wonderful recipie mam 🥰
