Regarding the tendency to hit the thing you're trying to avoid (30:46), it's called "target fixation" and it happens in all kinds of sports and life situations. By focusing on the thing, you unconsciously lean towards it.

that brown ball has a wobble to it, its off balance, to verify this when any ball on the table comes to a stop in the field it does not roll one way or another.. watch the brown ball as K tries the kick at it 22:40 watch the ball travel up the table its at a perfect angle where you can see it warble or oscillate, then watch it as it comes to a stop after Y cross banks it at 22:58, it rolls over.. unbalanced ball

Why should you be interested in this if these women do the same as men, only at a lower level? And if, on the other hand, the level is not lower, why is there still a separation between men and women? (This doesn't just apply to billiards, of course). Are there natural differences that expose the propagated equality as pure absurd ideology? In any case, we are being inundated with it in an insane way these days, by necessity. And prolonged re-education probably does the rest.

It's called a push. When your opponent breaks but leaves you nothing to shoot you can play a push. After a push your opponent has the option to pass the table back to you if they don't like where you pushed the cue ball. So ideally you want to push somewhere where you think you have a good shot but your opponent won't want to take the shot or push a ball in such a way as to make it difficult to run out.

not actually a cut break, theyre still hitting the rack full, just from the side rail instead of more centre, cut break is like whats used in the new 9ball format with 9 on the spot and break box, hitting approx half ball rather than full on

Honestly, commentators kinda being sexist. Lots of negative commentary, and talk of strength and size when it is irrelevant to the performance they are displaying. It almost seems like subconscious bias.

I just want to point out that there is a handicap tournament I'm not going to say the name of Or give the location of but one of these girls in this match again I'm not going to say which one I have to play even race to 4 😂 I'm not a professional pool player I'm decent better than most for sure but I'm not at this level so why should I have to play this caliber even 🤷🤷 clearly makes no sense if it's a handicap tournament

The depth of the strike sequence strategy is not sufficient. Poor control of the cue ball. They will create problems for themselves for the next blow. They don’t plan for how the situation will develop if they don’t score. Accuracy occasionally leaves much to be desired.
