Where's the lie though. She was talking about her experience. You probably have some stories to tell too. The problem amongst us is men don't want to listen to the pain that women are sharing. That in and of itself contributes to why many can't heal and move forward in strength. You want us to listen to all that you go through as black men in this world and have your back, but you're not strong enough to handle a discussion about how hurting black men are hurting black women. Your comment Sir, underscores a lot of what's being said. You are requiring a woman who's been used and abused to carry the full weight of what happened to harm her while she was trying to give her all and support to the men that she was in relationship with. What then is your opinion about the mens' responsibility in what happened. And don't say simply, "she chose them", because we all choose but don't know until we know.
@seepaw91914 жыл бұрын
Ms Vena I have been hurt by many women too, but when I try to talk about my problems I’m seen as (by women) a loser, who can’t sustain a relationship all because of my mental illness. And when she does it, she's seen as a hero? Just because she's a woman? I’m really disgusted by society and the fact that women can get away with blatant sexism all because they made the wrong decisions. I know I’m not the only man who's been hurt by women, but unfortunately we don’t have a platform to share our shit because hypocrite women will just see us as complaining.
@msvenaacgranzella80104 жыл бұрын
@@seepaw9191 so what happens then is both men and women get stuck in their own pain and disappointment comparing which gender is hurting or has caused hurt more. No one should be treated as if their emotions, wounds, dreams or desires don't matter. There have been so many games played and misinformation used to try to control other people to get what is wanted that there is no trust between men and women. All are walking around encased in bitterness holding grudges against everyone in the opposite gender. Men trying to tell women how to be and vice versa. At some point the madness has to stop on all sides. Maybe we make too complicated a thing about hurts and disappointments over relationships that don't last. We see them as failures. Maybe it's as simple as not being angry and holding onto negative thoughts and feelings but is as simple as being done! People are carrying way too much baggage around over people long gone who could care less about the rest of our lives. We then require others to help carry that baggage instead of just sitting it down and walking away putting it in the past. Maybe we're talking about the wrong things.

@@4crazy1chick2 Saying to have realistic standards doesn't mean settle for the worst. Lower your standards as in don't limit yourself to materially wealthy dudes, who are really good looking, are 6ft2 and in great shape, with a big dick. Ironically, the guys K michelle dates were probably high standard men in the physical and material department. However, women will pass on a good dude who is doing well for himself, just becoz some other dude has a flash car or clothes, or is a gangsta. Have high standards when it comes to respect and character. Don't have low standards, but realistic standards when it comes to more superficial things.

Everyone in this comment section seems very quick to give to their opinion without actually listening to her. She says that in her opinion all men are bad because she has never met a man that she believes to be good. She has only met men that have brought her pain and all around her she sees women who are feeling the same. It’s a completely human reaction to pain/trauma. She is struggling to believe any different because she hasn’t seen any different. Even her current partner she doesn’t seem to think is a good man but seems as if she’s settled for the best she thinks she can get. Yes, it does sound like she’s damaged and needs healing but I completely understand that her view of men is coming from a deeply hurt place. We cannot pretend that all around us there are not women suffering because of the actions of men, good men are extremely rare. Hence, it’s easy to believe that they don’t exist at all.

She's the classic example of a single, bitter, woman. You can't always be the victim. It's not everybody. At what point are you gonna look in the mirror and realize you got issues to fix with yourself. You're attracted to and attracting the wrong kinds of men for a reason. It's not a men thing. It's a YOU thing. There are good and bad PEOPLE. Period. Fix yourself before trying to get with anyone else. Peace.

@pinkeverything1 For 2 secs yeah I know. She can't keep one long term. She didn't talk about him like he mattered. She was too busy ranting about other men. Clearly not the man she really wants. She doesn't know what she wants. Like I said, she needs to work on herself.

3 year isn’t 2 seconds 😂. I don’t think she’s bitter she correct. We have done a piss poor job raising these young men. Men today don’t have a clear idea of what a man is . Men today don’t understand the concept of protecting and providing for their family. Too many baby dads and not enough father. There should be no way for a man to have 13 kids but 13 different women.

I’ve said what she is saying for years because of my experience as well as those around me. Unfortunately, I still don’t know of more than about five men (maybe) who are treating their women well. But again that’s only my experiences.
