Kandychi bhaji /pyaz ki subji is very famous tasty and spicy subji generally made in summer season. It is always enjoyed with chapati, puri and mango juice .you can enjoy it with dal rice also.
kandychi bhaji is traditional recipe from central north region of
Maharashtra.

Ingredients for 4 serving
. 8 medium sized chopped onions
. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
. 7-8 tbsp oil
. 1 tbsp garam masala
. 1 tbsp byadgi chilly powder
. 1 tbsp or as per taste chilly powder
. 1 tsp turmeric powder
. cumin seeds
. mustard seeds
. salt as per taste
. chopped coriander seeds
Method:
. Take a bowl and add garam masala,byadgi chilly powder,red
chilly powder,turmeric powder,
add 1/2 cup water and mix it well.
. Heat oil in a pan then add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and allow
to crackle it.
. Add ginger garlic paste and saute it.
. Add all spices mixed in water and saute for 1 minute on medium
flame.
. Add some chopped coriander in it and mix well.
. Add chopped onion and salt as per taste.
. Mix well and cover with deep lid. add water on lid and allow to
cook for 30-45 minutes on low flame.
. Mean time stir for 2-3 times.
. After 30 minutes if onion not cook well, add 1/2 cup hot water in
it.
. Again allow to cook for 10-15 minutes.
. When onions cook well switch off flame.
. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
. onion/pyaz ki subji or kandyachi bhaji is ready.
