Yes this song is very intimate and also yes there's ocean breeze on the background also someone else back vocal that very special fans of his. Our Busan princes loves sea so much. On his recent "Face Vlive" that shows part of his bedroom ( I believe it's his ) there's pictures of the beach with waves. This song mean so much for him. Lets respect his choice to keep it hidden in our mind and heart forever.

BTS has a hiiden track on LY:Her album called Sea, and with the "turning desert to sea" line, he is reffering to that song

I started trying to learn Korean because I wanted to understand their lyrics better. I started cooking Korean food because they're always eating onscreen and the food looked good. I started studying Korean culture because you can't learn the language otherwise. Now I occasionally spot the puns. Still a beginner, but I'm learning. English doesn’t flow like other languages and I know there are words in Korean that don’t exist in the same way and vise versa. I am enjoying your reaction to the song, I think you are very sensitive to it. Perhaps "those funfilled moments between you and me" would suffice. I love the harmonoca music it sounds very wistful. Later you were having more prooblems with the translation, but I think what you were reading came up at the next line. It is so hard for us non Korean speakers to know how much we can rely on the translations.
