Conpanies need to take better care of idols and think aboit their health and mental health They need to stop over working the idols A few weeks ago i woke up and decided to change my lifestyle I startd to focus on my studies more, watch what i eat more, eat healthier, eat small portions of food, workout more, focus on my studies, stay consistent and more productive. And just last week i was with some friends and we were doing some kpop dances and i went to do a spin and just fell to the ground and started to feel really weak. I found out a few days ago that it was because I had over worked myself and my body wasn’t used to the sudden change in lifestyle I can’t imagine how idols feel since this is normal life for them and they are constantly overworked and its just part of their lives Their companies need to put themselves in the idols shoes and not the just think about money and popularity all the time

I have experienced how it is like to faint, tho am not an idol. It was when I was 6, and we used to have prayers on the terrace in my previous school where I used to go for a maximum of 2 months. It was really sunny that day, and we were standing in line(also fun fact I did not know that. What happened to me that day was called a faint 😂) I suddenly started feeling super dizzy, and I couldn't stand properly,everything around me was spinning, and the voices were echoing and in between all that I had a black out and smashed my head on a poll and fell😅 the teachers took me in the office and gave me lemonade and I was sent home. But it really wasn't a fun experience at all.
