Need more vegetarian Chettinadu recipes sir. I made the American Natesan Sir's eggplant curry and it was too delicious. My family loved it and I plan on making it again. Chettinadu food is delicious. Also kadala mavu is heavy to digest. I think pottukadali mavu is lighter on the stomach too. Can we make the dosa with pottu kadali mavu? I am religious so I am just going to call this dosa curry haha.
