One of the most important thing for development is communal harmony. Every one should treat our every one as our own /as Indians, only then India will develop. But unfortunately we see our own people as Hindus/Muslims/sikh....etc or we differentiate people by their cast. We don't tolerate a lower cast doing a good job or business. Same is our attitude towards a person of other religion. We are not intrested in solving problems, but we take the opportunity to make it a communal anarchy..... This can not be seen in South of India especially Kerala. That's why S India is developing fast.....
