I had a chip on my windshield of my new car last year, I used a different brand but the procedure is more or less same..The product which I bought didn't come with a syringe. It took almost an hour to carry out the process and it worked well, the center spot of the crack didn't vanish but the spider web like cracks which was around got fixed..I driven almost 8000kms after that, still the crack didn't develop further..Do it under the sunlight area to speed up the process
