Because Nazumah is found south of Shurima, then it is possible, that it is found midway between Targon and Ixtal. Hence the interactions and possible adventures K'Sante have during his life as a monster hunter.

I knew Baccai were unstable, and that must explain why Rammus is trapped between human and beast, having limited speech and weird behaviour. But the thing is, he's revered as a god somehow in Shurima somewhere (idk where exactly) and Baccai are supposed to be "monsters" who lost their minds. So idk ! And K'Sante isn't really sure about him beeing one.
