Happy New Year 2024, আপনার দৌলতে Turkey দেখা গেল। কিন্ত ওটা 'শর্মা' নয়, 'শায়ার্মা'(Shwarma), মুম্বই তে ওর একটা version পাওয়া যায়, pure Turkish নয়।

I have really enjoyed your presentation of this episode, it was very interesting to note that Qatar is very people oriented government & country having a very viabrant society where you fond a mixed cultural atmosphere. But Adnan I felt sorry that Turkey having sucj vast variety of food, he only showed the names he knew. But there are many more interesting food in Turkish cruisine. Hope he will show us more soon.
