সরকারি চাকরিতে কোটা বাতিল করে জনপ্রশাসন মন্ত্রণালয়ের পরিপত্র অবৈধ ঘোষণা করে, হাইকোর্টের দেয়া রায়ের মূল অংশ প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। এতে বলা হয়েছে, সরকার চাইলে কোটা বাড়াতে বা কমাতে পারবে।
