hey buddy,, i forgot to telling you regarding medical exam and interview schedule ,,according my beneficiary case transfer to another country for example first time i apply in lebanon, but they nvc send me a letter when i got case number they said your case will processing in turkey , right now my case at nvc is ready its about 10 days and all myrequirement paper is ready , my question do i have to wait till the us embassy in turkey send me a package regarding instruction medical exam appointment and interview and the approval letter NOA2 will expier sep/28/2020 its gonna be problem? ..thanks

That's nice. Well since the NVC has sent you a letter saying your case has been forwarded to the US embassy in turkey all you got to do is to wait for the US embassy to email you on what to do which bank to go pay the visa fee, how much the fee is, which hospital to go for your medical and all that is very important to wait for the embassy cause if you go and pay for the visa fee at any bank thats a loss to you so please patiently wait for their email before doing anything else the US embassy deals with specific bank and hospital and no the notice of action approval expiring will not cause any problem.

@@SwatVee My fiance is in the US and he is about to file our petition. I heard I need to sign the letter of intent to marry but how do I do this when I am not there with him. Is the passport photo supposed to be very natural?

With the letter of intent you the beneficiary is the one that needs to write and sign it then you send it to the petitioner your US fiance. He will also sign it then add it to the application. If he already sent the application no worries he will have a chance to submit it cause they will come asking for additional documents.

It depends on their workload, that can take months if they have a lot of work but if they don't 30 to 60 days.

The i-129f don't have a place 4 the beneficiary to put he's email address.hw we the embassy info the beneficiary.thanks

Just use your email address cause you are the petitioner so if anything you are the one they will communicate with so it doesn't matter

If you talking about the I-134 you have to send it to the beneficiary going for the interview.

From what I know when it comes to k1 visa you are given 4 months or less so yes you have to travel within that time and get married and all that before the visa expires

Yea you can send them a photocopy of the intent to marry and yes write your alien number on the passport photo.

hello Swat & Vee, i would like to thank you for these information ,, right now my beneficiary case (READY) at NVC and i completed ds-160 already i have receipt number ,and i complete affidavit of support too.. ..so do i have to wait till us embassy send me “Instructions mail regarding how to pay visa fee or medical exam appointment ?thanks again

Happy to hear that. So yes wait to hear from the embassy before you do anything else please remember the embassy will also take some time before you hear from them but if you haven't heard from them within a month email them but please don't pay for any visa fee until you have heard from the embassy please.

You don't email Affidavit of Support ma'am you mail it with your documents you submitting and it is not based on request is a requirement.

Please I've reached your email no reply and all so please if necessary you can put your number here so I text on WhatsApp please .... but the problem is I'm done with the ads 160 online and I've got confirmation page but I'm proceeding to apply the visa . They asking me case number which I've typed the one my petitioner sent me but then the next button is ID number which the visa center sent you which I entered from the receipt my American petitioner sent but it says don't match so I want to ask that before applying the visa do I have to go pay the fee first then they will give me Id number in Ghana for that? And if yes where do I go pay cus now their website is not helping ... please get back to me

You have to pay for the visa first before it will allow you to submit the visa application.
