Yes you could run K tuner you want 02-04 rsx or ep3 ecu ...yes you can use rsx shifter cable with ep3 transmission

Have you tried jdm city you may be able to get both motor and transmission

K tuner is cheap but a pain in the ass to tune it stick it out and get k pro . You could use accord 5 spd or even awd transmission you just run didn't transmission mounts for accord or awd transmission but you can find them in junk yard
