K9 Gabo Leaving Hospital After Being Shot

Jonesboro, AR PD's K9 Gabo was shot several times while apprehending a criminal, the last shot would have killed him if he was not wearing his ballistic vest donated by Vested Interest in K9s!

Officer I have two brothers who are cops, so I wanted to say thank you for your courage your resolve your bravery tenacity, for your selflessness and your heart to serve and protect. I have been on those vet teams. Dangerous dog. Fiercely loyal and protective. Muzzled most of the time or we'd call the handler in. The working dogs were very special patients due to their training and work life.
