Suji Gulab Jamun Recipe ( Odia ) | Sooji Gulab Jamun Recipe | Gulab Jamun Recipe by mrunalinee : Gulab jamun is a type of mithai ( sweet ) , very popular in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan etc. Gulab jamun is also called as Gulab Jam . Traditionally it is made with milk solids, sugar and cardamom powder. But here I have shown another procedure of making super soft Gulab jamun using semolina ( sooji/ suji ) , sugar, milk and cardamom powder. Learn the step-by-step procedure and tips of the recipe to make perfect Suji gulab jamun / sooji gulab jamun at home. Enjoy the super soft and juicy gulab jamun during any occasion or festival.
Ingredients : ** ( Here, 1 cup = 125 gm ) **
1. Semolina ( Sooji/ Suji ) - 1/2 cup
2. Milk ( Boiled ) - 1½ cup
3. Sugar - 2 cups
4. Water - 2 cups
5. Green Cardamom powder - 1 tsp ( or 4 nos ) or you can use 1 tsp Rose water
