कपालभांति, अनुलोम विलोम और भ्रामरी प्राणायाम काफी समय से कर रहा हूं। इन तीनों प्राणायाम का सबसे बड़ा फायदा यह लगा कि इनसे हमारा मन प्रसन्न हो जाता है और यदि मन प्रसन्न है तो कोई भी परेशानी हमें छू भी नहीं सकती। मन प्रसन्न है तो हर काम में मन लगेगा,यदि हम प्रसन्न होंगे तो हमें देखकर हमारे आस- पास भी सब प्रसन्न रहेंगे। मुझे लगता है कि यदि हमारा मन प्रसन्न नहीं है तो हमारा किसी काम में मन नहीं लगेगा और यदि किसी काम में मन नहीं लगेगा तो हम जिंदगी में खास नहीं कर पाएंगे।

अनुराग जी मैं करीब 30 वर्ष से प्राणायाम ओर योगा कर रहा हूं। मैं कभी बीमार नहीं हुआ और ना ही मैंने 30-35 वर्षों से अंग्रेज़ी दवाई खाई है।

मैं 15साल से लगातार कपालभाती,अनुलोम विलोम,भ्रामरी, उदगित प्रयाणाम कर रही हूं मैं हमेशा स्वस्थ रहती हूं मेरी working capacity बहुत अच्छा है medicin की जरूरत नहीं पड़ती है

मैंने इन पांचों प्राणायामों को करीब 9 माह किया है। 11 अप्रैल के बाद से प्रणाम नहीं कर रहा। लेकिन इस वीडियो को सुनने के बाद अब आज से ही फिर करना शुरू कर दूंगा। एक बार दिल्ली में बस से सफर करते वक्त नाभि के नीचे दर्द होना शुरू हुआ। मुझे महसूस होने लगा कि मुझे हर्निया हो रहा है। मैंने बस में हीं फटाफट अनुलोम विलोम और कपालभाति करना शुरू कर दिया। फौरन राहत महसूस किया। तबसे आज तक कभी भी दर्द नहीं हुआ।

आपले प्राणायाम आणि योगासने खरेच खूप सुंदर आहेत.....मी तर करते आणि योग्य पध्दत आपण समजावता हे खूप छान आहे....सकाळी 15 ते20 मिनिट आपण स्वतः साठी द्यायलाच हवेत...कारण प्रदूषण आणि केमिकल युक्त भाज्या.... आणि कामाचे 8 तास न राहता 12 ते 13 तास ड्युटी त्यामुळे शरीराची हानी होत आहे........🙏🙏🙏

I do Kapal bhati, Anulom vilom, Bhramri & Udgeet pranayam regularly every morning at 4.30 am. I have no health issues. I am hail & hearty. Thank God 🙏🏻

बहुत अच्छा है भाई साहब अपने जो बताया बहुत ही अच्छी प्रस्तुति है मैं ये सब प्राणायाम रोज 20 मिनट करता हूं और स्वास्थ्य हूं । मैं अभी इस समय 83 साल का हूं यह सब प्राणायाम की मेहरबानी है।

Mr Anurag Rishi I completely agree with you. It’s an amazing gift that our ancestors has given us. I am beyond retiring age but I still work 8-9 hours my routine yog & pranayam for 1hr & 15 min. I have been doing yog & Pranayam from last 18 years.I don’t have any life style disease. During Covid I worked full time at office and customer service. I never got Covid. All credit goes to my consistency in yog & pranayam.

🙏 सही है सर, हम लोग को निरोग रहने के लिए अवश्य करना चाहिए। मैं थोड़ा रनिंग करता हूं, इसके बाद एक्सरसाइज और बाद मैं ये सभी प्राणायाम करता हूं, बहुत अच्छा अनुभव करता हूं और दिन भर ताजगी बनी रहती है । बीमार नहीं पड़ता हूं। बहुत दिनों से दवा भी नहीं खाया हूं।

I have been doing these pranayams since last thirty years.I have never fell ill,never took any medicine.I am sevety two but always feel thirty even below.I never forget doing meditation , pranayams & exercise in the morning.My day starts at 3 AM .

मे १ महिनेसे हर Morning ये सभी प्राणायाम कर रही हू... believe नाही करोगे पर मेरी बहुत सारी बिमारीया कम हुई है.. मुझे इतना अच्छा महसूस होने लगा है में बता नहीं सकती. रात को नींद ठीक से आती है.. मेरी ऑक्सिडिटी खत्म हो गई है. मेरा १ महीने में ३ किलो weight loss हुवा है. और सर आपकोभी में धन्यवाद देना चाहती because ये प्राणायाम कोनसे क्रम से करना है और कितने टाइम करना है ये अपने बहुत सही तरीकेसे बताया.. Very nice video मे रोज सुबह 6 से 7 बजे तक प्राणायाम कर्ता हू मुजे बहुत अच्छा लगता हे पूरे दिन फ्रेश रहता हू.❤❤❤ थकान महसूस नही होती. जब शुरुआत किया तब मुजे प्राणायाम करना अच्छा नही लगता था. अब जिस दिन प्राणायाम नही कर्ता हू तो मजा नही आता. मे तो कहता हू अगर आपको स्वास्थ्य अच्छा रखना हे और वो भी बिना कोई दवाई के तो रोज प्राणायाम जरूर करना चाहिये

I do regular pranayam.kapalbhati 40 minutes .kumbhak and agnisar both 7to 10 minutes .anulom vilom approx 20 minutes and bhramiri and udgit 10minutes. So total approx one and half hours .and I got so many benefits .
