I tried this recipe and believe me I never had soyabean like this before. The taste was awesome. My dad who does not like soyabean also ate it cos of the different taste the recipe had. Bharat, you are amazing. Keep posting new recipes, you are making food lovers like us turn into chefs.

जिन लोगों को सोयाबीन से इलर्जी हो, वे इसके सेवन से बचें। इसके अलावा अगर किसी को किडनी संबंधी समस्या या डायबिटीज है तो वे भी अत्यधिक सेवन से बचें। स्तनपान कराने वाली महिलाओं को ज्यादा सोयाबीन खाने से मितली और चक्कर आ सकते हैं। सोयाबीन के सेवन को लेकर डॉक्टर या न्यूट्रिशनिस्ट से जरूरी सलाह लें।
