Hi!sonal, i i like yr method of preparing barva karela .....pls try this one masala for stuffing ( roasted peanuts, sesame,dry coconut grated add into mixing jar add garlic & salt & jeera & dhania patti grind without adding water dry ....then add red chilli & dania garam masala powder ...& add little gud ..mix prepare this stuffing & use into yr receipe ...in pan add hing haldi & chopped 1onions &sdd all dry masala then add stuff karela karela ...cook for 15mins till it get soft ....enjoy with roti or bhakri

Sonali my dear very good receive I too yards to made like your receipe but now I give a twist hope you like the way I made it their be no wastage accept ends of karalas just wash in salty water then dry it give a long cut in the middle as you done but dot scarp the skin first because all nutrients are in skin take the seeds out if their any red seeds throw it but other all pulp and seeds grind it in the grinder separate than the onions to make the filling just rub salt on the karelas leave for an hour as butter water be squared off any , just one heap tablespoon oil in pan jeera or hing if like otherwise skip onions grinder and karela seed pulp grinder heat up on high heat just few minutes then you can put all masala less salt as we rub already on the Karela turmic chillies as preference ginger garlick past ambchur for taste fenugreek dry leaves a little mixed few mins on low heat let it cool down then do the stuffing in the Karela as wish just tie with the thread to control the stuffing you can oven it or little oil brush in the saucepan and cook on the cooker role over few times as sift n crispy take the thread out in the last when need to serve it takes time but tasty and good for diabetic too hope you like my receipt try it from UK 🇬🇧 with love I am 77 age darling watching your receipe live it 🙏🙏❤️🇬🇧🥰🤗😊
